Job DescriptionJob Summary:As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our financial products and services.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement within established procedures. This role involves routine customer support tasks, including responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.You will receive direction from the customer service supervisor and escalate complex questions and issues to more experienced representatives when necessary.
You will interact with your immediate customer service team, as well as internal and external customers, to address incoming questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to customers with inquiries about financial products and services.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience within established guidelines.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with your immediate customer service team to address customer concerns.
Escalate complex questions and issues to more experienced representatives as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or a Contact Center, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
