    Join our team as a Team Lead at Millennium!

    • Enterprise Command Center: The ECC is the first line of defense against disruptions and failures in our infrastructure. The team's mission is to react promptly, efficiently and effectively to maximize system uptime and minimize trading downtime.

    We are looking for a regional Team Lead for the ECC in the US. You will be responsible for operational tasks, providing leadership, and guiding the team towards Operational Excellence.

    The role involves overseeing Major Incidents, collaborating with regional counterparts, and establishing strong relationships with individuals and senior management.

    As the team operates 7 days a week, flexibility is essential to provide effective guidance and oversight.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the US team
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality
    • Coordinate outage responses, communicate with users/stakeholders, and manage incident bridges/calls
    • Drive technology teams to resolve issues promptly
    • Escalate effectively based on situation criticality
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Millennium's IT infrastructure
    • Handle both adhoc and scheduled operational requests
    • Collaborate with local and global teams to share insights on the production environment

    Qualifications/Skills Required:

    • General understanding of technology infrastructure components and topology
    • Basic knowledge of Enterprise Network topology
    • Experience with Compute (Linux or Windows)
    • College Degree in an IT discipline preferred
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for global teamwork
    • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
    • Good team player willing to assist others
    • Experience with monitoring tools
    • Experience in managing incidents in complex environments desirable
