Job summary
The HRBP will design and implement talent development programs including onboarding leadership development and career pathing initiatives. They must also identify skill gaps through performance data workforce analytics and manager feedback recommend targeted development solutions coach managers on performance management development planning and effective feedback to support employee growth administer employee status changes such as but not limited to promotions salary changes address changes and terminations.
