The job is for an HR Business Partner & Administrative in North America. The role involves collaborating with the corporate HR team to lead the design and implementation of a full-suite local HR system, providing HR support to business teams, establishing compliance systems, managing employee relations, and assisting with administrative operations.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate HR team to design and implement local HR system.
- Provide HR support to business teams including talent inventory recruitment development training performance management.
- Develop policies processes that comply with local laws regulations conduct ongoing management of compliance risks.
- Oversee entire employee lifecycle onboarding role transitions transfers off boarding regular employee communications feedback drive engagement assist daily administrative tasks collaborate establish improve local administrative support systems accurately communicate corporate strategies relay feedback facilitate cross-cultural communication collaboration global team culture development background Human Resources Business Administration Law related fields preferred minimum 5 years overseas experience expertise US labor laws social security systems employment compliance processes fluency Mandarin English English working language proficiency excellent communication coordination interpersonal skills work independently thrive fast-paced high-growth startup environment tech hardware companies Chinese enterprises overseas expansion preferred.
