    Description


    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Office Manager/Medical Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our Pediatric clinic.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daytoday operations of the clinic
    • Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists and Medical Assistants
    • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office management role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical EMR software
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
