RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing a quick, effective, and respectful customer experience
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
- Operating the cash register
- Ensuring fuel and merchandise availability for customers
- Maintaining a clean and secure environment
- Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
- Assisting in surpassing the store's performance targets and objectives
- Collaborating with Store Manager on daily/monthly paperwork, problem-solving, video reviews, inventory management, and employee training
- Carrying out assigned job tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age of 18 years, 19 in Alabama, and 21 in Illinois
- Strong customer service, communication, and positive attitude
- Proficient in Cash Handling
- Capable of bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
