About Kelvin Sanders:

I have over twenty-five years of customer service experience and thirteen years of technical support experience. I'm proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11. 

Experience

In 2022 I started working for Asurion as a Premium Support technician to assist Verizon customers with Android and IOS phone support and sell a consumer electronics protection plan to all eligible customers. 

In 2011 I started a computer repair business where I went to customers' homes and businesses to repair PCs, and printers and also design websites for business clients as needed. 

In 2010 I went to work for the corporate office of Goodwill Industries of South MS to repair and maintain all the company's PCs, and printers, add users to the company domain and redesign the company website.
