Your contribution:


  • Responsibility for sales and results in the specialist trade business with our homecare products outside of DACH
  • Development of sales strategies and expansion into new markets, as well as conducting market and competition analyses
  • Organization, execution, and participation in trade fairs and customer events
  • Development, implementation, and quantitative and qualitative optimization and monitoring of sales strategy and revenue and sales goals
  • Ensuring professional customer management (assortment, prices, conditions)
  • Close cooperation with management, sales support, technical support, and product management
  • Strategic and professional leadership and development of the International Sales Team (with approximately 50 employees)

What you bring:


  • Completed technical, medical, or business studies or comparable training and further education
  • Several years of professional experience in a leading position in a similar function in the field of medical technology
