We are currently looking for you as a specialist in personnel development (m/f/d) for a position at DB's location in Berlin.


Your tasks:


  • Design and further development of onboarding processes and products for DB Bahnbau Group
  • Participation in personnel development measures regarding employee retention, knowledge preservation and acquisition, and other topics
  • Management of highquality implementation of employee surveys and the culture barometer and followup processes
  • Design and implementation of the annual winter training week
  • You will develop and test new formats together with the team and interface areas
  • Design and implementation of qualification and information formats for managers

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in economics, social sciences, humanities or similar, and relevant professional experience in a comparable complex position
  • Experience in project and process work, as well as event organization
  • Excellent skills in creating and implementing concepts
  • Independent and businessoriented thinking and acting
  • A quick grasp and a teamoriented attitude complete your profile
  • This position can be partially carried out from home.
