Essential Job Functions + Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative concepts.+ Develop, manage, and optimize the company's social channels to include a social media strategy that serves each channel, audience, campaigns (organic and paid), and spearhead a social media content calendar, to increase our brand presence and lead generation.
+ A strong eye for creative design, and creative writing to ensure our social media content is visually appealing engaging and memorable.
+ Develop a comprehensive strategy to systematically monitor, search, and curate the most compelling and diverse forms of user-generated content for publication across our social media platforms.
+ Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. + Engage with followers, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and gather feedback. + Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the social strategy and report on progress to stakeholders. Be able to pivot and try new ideas.+ Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
