Job Description Credit Risk Product and Business Development Managers at U.S.Bank are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, credit risk appetite considerations, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.
The Credit Risk Product and Business Development Manager works with the Business Development group and also with the Credit Risk Leaders and analysts to create a minimum viable product (MVP).
The Credit Risk Product and Business Development Manager will support the Consumer Lending product portfolio (mortgage, home equity, personal lending) driving key insights into product economics, channel performance, customer behaviors, and competitive differentiation so that business development ideas get translated into deployable solutions.
Team members in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. If outside of US Bank locations, then the position is remote.Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCT P&L + Drive product profitability and performance, managing short- and long-term outcomes of Consumer Lending (mortgage, home equity, personal lending) product portfolio including connection to roadmap, objectives, key results, and strategic investments.
PRODUCT STRATEGY, VISION, AND PLANNING + Pull from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to help shape the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions).
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND OPTIMIZATION + Develop, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
