About this Role:


Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Manager I, Employee Belonging and Engagement Manager, is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the activities of DHCS's organizational engagement and development programs and projects and staff within the Strategic Planning and Workforce Development Division, Employee Belonging and Engagement Unit.
