Your responsibilities include:
- Driving innovation for new products
- Developing new products and maintaining product range from a scientific perspective
- Conducting and overseeing scientific studies
- Ensuring legal compliance of products and marketing claims
- Registering products nationally and providing support for international registrations
- Creating product passports
- Advising on food law and quality requirements
- Collaborating closely with product management, marketing, quality management, and production
- Managing a parttime scientific employee
Your ideal qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in biology, pharmacy, pharmacy or food chemistry or a comparable education
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a development and scientific position, as well as extensive experience in the field of nutrition, micronutrients and dietary supplements
- Broad technical and scientific knowledge and a passion for learning about new topics and bringing marketrelevant innovations to life
- Analytical, structured, pragmatic and solutionoriented work style, in line with a strong focus on quality
- Responsible and driven to push processes forward
- Handson mentality
- Good IT skills
- Very good English skills
