- Develop internal relationships with business units to ensure compliance and adoption to meet targets and best practices
- Collect, process, and deliver relevant, timely, and accurate information used for providing
- strategic, financial, and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to optimize costs and to ensure continuity of supply for critical equipment & services
- Deploy ambitious procurement savings and supplier performance improvement plans
- Implement relevant metrics and a dashboard to drive and monitor the corresponding metrics for cost, quality, delivery, and service levels
- Support change management at the organizational level.
- Manage the change portfolio.
- A bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in project support, data analysis, reporting, or related functions.
- Experience and understanding of ERP Finance
- Change management certifications and experience are preferred.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide employees through the change process.
- Proven experience in managing complex internal and external partnerships for outsourced and insourced services change management projects
- The candidate shall master sourcing and procurement processes. (Source to Settle, Procure to Pay, Supplier management process)
- Experience in procurement of a broad range of categories
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
- Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
