  • For the Human Resources department. The location is the supply area of LSW Netz. The workplace is Wolfsburg.
  • LSW is your regional service provider for energy and water. We supply around 200,000 households with electricity, natural gas, district heating, and water. Our service extends from Wolfsburg to the district of Gifhorn and parts of the districts of Helmstedt, Wolfenbüttel, and Börde.

YOUR TASKS:


  • You will take on overall responsibility for the personnel management of the company group. As an experienced leader, you have a keen eye for the changing conditions of the job market. You will play a role in recruiting, retaining, and developing employees with high social competence and support the management, executives, and employees in all personnelrelated matters. Your many years of professional experience have shown you the breadth of personnel work and allow you to confidently handle difficult individual measures. In this task, you will benefit from the knowledge and experience of two team leaders who manage the operational personnel processes and payroll.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of labor and collective bargaining law, tax, social security, and pension law, as well as safety and health in the workplace
  • Strong assertiveness and communication skills
