The organization's main areas of activity are ambulatory and inpatient care as well as the operation of childcare facilities. Around 1,200 employees and approximately 500 volunteers provide numerous services and programs for the Frankfurt community.

PROJECT COORDINATOR (M/F/D) IN THE "JOBPROFIS" PROJECT
(PART-TIME 30 HRS/WEEK - TEMPORARY UNTIL

We are currently seeking a project coordinator (m/f/d) for our "JobProfis" project at the volunteer agency of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt Frankfurt am Main e.

Your responsibilities:

Organizing, coordinating, and documenting the project progress while considering the objectives
Conceptual work and project development
Preparation and participation in meetings/kickoffs
Creating a project overview of the process
Matching between mentees and volunteers
Followup (documentation, photos)
Regular reporting/information transfer, evaluation
Press and public relations (e.g. newsletters, AWO newspaper, external networks)
Participation in committees and working
