In our modern and newly renovated office building, we offer dog and cat owners competent nutritional advice for their pets.

Your tasks
Customer service may sound boring, but it's not At our company, the following tasks await you:

Support and advice for dog and cat owners on topics such as nutrition, delivery status, and complaints
Contact with customers primarily via WhatsApp and email, but also by phone

What you bring
To expand our young team, we are currently looking for animal-loving customer service representatives (m/f/d).

You should bring the following:

Love for dogs and cats
Basic knowledge in the field of dog or cat nutrition (optional)
Previous experience in customer service or support (optional)
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Motivation and willingness to learn new things
Reliability, teamwork, punctuality, and friendliness
