Your responsibilities:

  • You support the branch manager in all matters related to the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
  • You not only optimize processes behind the scenes, but also work handson on the sales floor
  • You take care of scheduling and inventory and represent the branch manager in their absence
  • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

  • Aboveaverage salary of 3,240 4,009 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
