Responsibilities- You will review incoming invoices for accuracy
- You will allocate incoming and outgoing invoices and record them in the merchandise management system
- You will be responsible for processing payments on the due date
- You will maintain master data and reconcile accounts
- You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements
- You will handle debt collection
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- You have gained initial experience in the field of accounting
- You have good computer skills (MS Office, DATEV)
- You are known for your careful, accurate and independent work style
