Job Duties
This position provides a full range of legal and administrative support to the Construction Unit's attorneys and paralegal and, as needed, attorneys in other Units and Sections
These responsibilities will include:
preparing, formatting and proofing legal documents, correspondence and court filings; assembling, redacting and compiling documents in PDF format; creating, maintain and updating Excel spreadsheets; creating, organizing and updating filing paper and electronic filing systems; maintaining legal databases; managing litigation and Section calendar control for attorneys; and public records coordination and preservation.
Minimum QualificationsKnowledge of construction or construction litigation is a plus, as is experience working with e-discovery platforms.
