We are currently seeking a Full-time Lawyer (m/f/d) to join our legal department at Tuckahoe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working in the legal department with the possibility of leading the team
• Providing general legal advice for all inquiries from city departments not under the supervision of a lawyer, particularly in the area of contract management; reviewing commitment declarations and decisions with legal relevance and providing legal advice to the personnel department if necessary
• Participating in the creation, modification, and revocation of local regulations
• Representing the head of department I (General Internal Administration)
• Providing legal advice to department III (Construction), particularly in public and civil construction law
• General legal advice in procurement and funding law
• Conducting written and oral negotiations in complex legal cases
• Litigation, if not required by law, and supporting legal proceedings
• Responsibilities may change as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in law with First and Second State Examination – minimum score of 6.50 points on the latter
• Previous relevant work experience preferred, particularly in the field of public law
