- Supervise maintenance activities for all project locations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Lead a team of supervisors and facility staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure activities align with regulatory requirements and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee facility compliance, logistics, and profitability.
- Communicate company initiatives to employees effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, or business management.
- 8+ years' experience in facility operations, with supervisory experience.
- Experience in the operation of treatment facilities.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
