• Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
• Provide guidance and direction to construction crew members
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Monitor project progress and report updates to upper management
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, equipment usage, and materials
• Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols onsite

• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
