We are looking for you in full-time and permanent employment as a People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for our restaurants in Hamburg and Lower Saxony.

In the Northern region, your exciting tasks will include:

  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee master data.
  • You will support restaurant management in recruiting crew members (nonmanagement employees).
  • You will handle administrative processes for new hires and terminations, ensuring that all necessary documents (including work and residence permits) are in place.
  • You will prepare contracts and other relevant documents for employment.
  • You will be the point of contact for your colleagues for all HRrelated questions.
  • You will monitor vacation and absences in our digital time tracking system and ensure proper reporting and documentation for your region.
  • You will work closely with restaurant management in your region and the entire People and Payroll team.

What we expect from you:
