    About the Position:

    The Human Resources Manager position will be responsible for planning and administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, recruiting, and onboarding new employees.


    What You'll Do :

    Ensures compliance with all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies and procedures are followed in accordance with compliance requirements.

    Recruiting, interviews, hiring, and terminating employees, also responsible for post-employment functions.
    Create relationships with local colleges in Ft. Manages all onboarding functions; follow up with employees and onboarding surveys.
    Ensures new employees complete startup requirements such as acknowledgements, enrollments, and training within time expectations.

    Manages the communications process between HR (Human Resources) and IT (Information Technology) when employee access to company IT resources needs to be added or removed.

    Audit and review new employee setups for accuracy to include Paycor data entries, I9 verifications, and premise access levels.

    Maintains employee records to include new hires, onboarding, status changes, performance reviews, and terminations.
    Coordinates employee engagement activities and training.
    Coordinate and assist managers with annual performance reviews.
    Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
    Address employee questions and concerns reported through Human Resources.
    Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance within organization.

    Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits program, such as life, health, dental and vision insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

    Implement policies and procedures.
    Manage Human Resource vendor relationships.
    Bachelor's degree in related field.
    3 – 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management and Recruiting.
    Research and analyze data, draw conclusions, and resolve issues.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Experience in working with dashboards, reports, spreadsheets and excel.
    Excellent communication and employee relation skills

    Strong Language Ability:
    Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Excellent non-technical writing capability
    Excellent telephone skills and manner with employees
