    Director of Pricing

    Location: Tulsa, OK- Hybrid

    Description:
    Lead the US Pricing Team in maximizing $450M base and ancillary revenue across all brands and channels, through effective management of pricing levers to deliver the right price, at the right time based on customer demand across key market segments, to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
    Motivate and coach a high performing team, to achieve commercial objectives and deliver significant change in best practice and team processes.
    A key commercial role within the organization, with extensive decision-making autonomy and responsibility for day to day delivery of a dynamic pricing proposition, and a significant player in ensuring business commercial objectives are achieved.

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Main Duties
    1. Planning and Pricing Strategy

    • Develop and maintain pricing strategy by brand and channel, reflecting business revenue and profitability objectives, and strategic group objectives.
    • Promotional plan, incorporating coordinated US driven planned activity and Europcar Group planned activity.

    2. Trading and optimization

    • Lead dynamic pricing activity, to maintain optimal pricing based on forecast driven opportunities and market conditions to achieve revenue objectives.
    • Effective management of competitor pricing, and availability information to improve pricing decision making.

    3. Best Practice

    • Lead and facilitate the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of best practice for Pricing processes. WHY, WHAT, HOW and WHEN for every activity managed within the team. Facilitate the team in developing the BP.
    • Development of KPI's for the team, measuring effectiveness of actions and activity in addition to commercial results.
    • Contribute to the development of integrated RCM processes and coordinated RCM interface to the wider business.
    • Lead business delivery of PROs pricing in the US.

    4. Team Leadership

    • Lead and motivate the team to maintain a team of up to 5 Pricing Analysts in a positive and supportive, results driven, trading environment.
    • Coach and performance manage your team against the objectives agreed in the PDR, supported by 121 meetings and a weekly team meeting to agree, and review actions.
    • Plan and manage the activities of your team to support delivery of the core revenue targets.
    • Measure and prioritize activity in the team to align to key objectives. Simplify and standardize where possible to deliver improved efficiency.
    • Document individual objectives and development needs in the PDR for each team member.

    5. Effective communication and stakeholder management

    • Effective communications, focusing on simple key messages, tailored to the audience.
    • Development of visual MI to support effective stakeholder comms, especially a concise view of market pricing and key changes.
    • Pricing Strategy (e.g. quarterly)
    • Weekly trading meeting/actions
    • Own and deliver pricing update in the US Trade Committee and US weekly Commercial call
    • Effective communication with all levels up to US Managing Director and Europcar RCM leadership.

    6. Personal attributes and experience

    • Experienced leader in Revenue Management and Pricing with demonstrated success leading Pricing teams in the Car Rental, Airline, or Hotel industry
    • Proven analytical based decision making
    • Microsoft Office high skill level
    • Effective influencer and communicator at all levels
    • Target driven competitive personality
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate and transition between a strategic and micro level.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree as a minimum
