- Develop and execute financial strategies to align with regional objectives and long-term goals.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Generate accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Act as the main liaison for providing financial and strategic information to the region.
- Maintain and update the balanced scorecard for the region.
- Supervise day-to-day financial operations alongside the Regional Vice President (RVP), including managing accounts payable/receivable and general ledger activities.
- Review expenses and audit outcomes to ensure compliance with company policies; recommend adjustments to financial policies to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as necessary.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and concerns within the region.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including other regions, internal teams, and field personnel.
