- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to IHBT clinicians and case managers in accordance with IHBT fidelity requirements, promoting professional growth and skill development.
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff on complex cases, crisis intervention strategies, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, goal-setting meetings, and ongoing training sessions to support staff competency and adherence to program standards.
- Facilitate team meetings and case conferences to promote collaboration, communication, and continuity of care among team members.
- Provides administrative supervision and direction for assigned staff. Ensures compliance with all service, administrative and operational standards, and
- regulations for program area.
- Review client charts of direct reports at regularly scheduled supervisory intervals to ensure compliance with program regulatory standards (including OMAS, CARF and IHBT).
- Ensures the timely and accurate submission of all documentation as required of direct service providers. Oversees providers and tracks their administrative responsibilities to ensure that they are carrying out responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor program outcomes and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Coordinate program activities, including staff scheduling, caseload assignments, and team meetings, to optimize service delivery and resource utilization.
- Has awareness and knowledge of IHBT fidelity standards and ensures adherence to these requirements including but not limited to:
- treatment intensity, service delivery: location and scheduling flexibility, crisis response and availability, safety planning, comprehensive and integrated trauma informed care practices, systems of care, caseload parameters, treatment duration and continuing care planning, supervision, professional training and development and quality improvement.
- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and documentation to ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct case reviews, chart audits, and quality assurance assessments to monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for clinical improvement.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all general agency policy and procedures.
- Attends agency and IHBT training or professional seminars/conferences as required or necessary to maintain compliance with professional licensure and IHBT fidelity expectations.
- Provide support as needed to IHBT clinicians who are on call and providing in person and telephonic crisis support to families experiencing acute distress and psychiatric emergencies. This may include providing in person support to clinicians and families in home environments after hours and on the weekends.
- Provide direct services to clients and families in the absence of a team member.
- Collaborate with emergency response teams, including crisis hotlines, mobile crisis units, and psychiatric emergency services, to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including community mental health agencies, healthcare providers, schools, and social services, to coordinate care and promote integration of services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and community forums to advocate for clients' needs and facilitate collaboration across systems.
- Works collaboratively with other professionals involved in the client's care, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources.
- Consults and collaborates with internal and external resources on behalf of the client and family.
- Attends agency and departmental meetings.
- Ensures direct reports documentation and service delivery is following departmental fiscal expectations.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in mental health services, including direct clinical work and clinical supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with previous experience supervising and mentoring staff in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to develop and teach direct reports.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within the dynamic environment of clients' homes and communities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

As an IHBT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of intensive mental health services to individuals and families within their homes.
