    We are currently in search of a Senior Estimator who aligns with our commitment to excellence and sustainability. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to generate precise estimates that drive profitability and sustainability.     Responsibilities:

    Review bid packages comprehensively, including bid documents, plans, blueprints, and drawings.

    Analyze project requirements to determine manpower needs, material costs, and subcontractor resources.

    Conduct thorough take-offs from drawings, plans, and blueprints.

    Utilize project planning software to develop project schedules.

    Obtain and negotiate bids from vendors and subcontractors.

    Create accurate estimates of total project costs and suggest efficiency-enhancing options.

    Collaborate with managers and supervisors to review bid estimates and project plans.

    Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and clients.

    Participate in team meetings, bid reviews, and safety meetings.

    Travel regionally as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

    7 years' experience in estimating construction projects ($1-10 Million range).

    Proficiency in estimating software, preferably InEight.

    Strong knowledge of construction practices in industrial environments.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and bid documents.

    Conceptual estimating experience and proficiency with estimating databases.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficiency in Excel and Word.

    Strong analytical and communication skills.

    Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

    Working Conditions:

    Office-based role with occasional outdoor work.

    Exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial environments.

    Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and high noise levels.

    Prolonged periods of sitting and standing may be required.
