Senior Estimator - Long Beach, United States - Corps Partners

Description

Min 5 years' experience with primary focus on

wet

utility

projects (water, sewer & storm drain work)
Must also have experience with pump stations and treatment facilities (mechanical piping / systems)
Will be required to take and

estimate

from inception to completion, including transitioning a winning bid to operations
In depth knowledge with various type of shoring systems
Needs background in underground

wet

utility

systems as well as paving & concrete as it related to

utility

construction
Must have worked for self-performing contractor that performs at-risk work (no construction managers or governmental

estimators )
Most of our work is in metropolitan areas so needs experience in constructing projects in existing streets
Support operations with change order pricing and alternative methodology analysis

Compensation:
Salary Based on experience.
