    Assistant to the Chief of Staff

    Location: Indianapolis, IN

    audiochuck is looking for an Assistant to support our Chief of Staff and office team. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Indianapolis, IN.

    What Youll Do:

    • Provide personal and executive support to the C-suite, at the direction of the CoS
    • Assist with company event planning and employee engagement activities
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations
    • Prepare research briefs and assist with meeting preparation
    • Coordinate and execute various special projects, as directed by the CoS
    • Act as a liaison between the chief of staff and other staff members, departments, or external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination as needed.
    • Provide general administrative support to the chief of staff, such as managing expenses, arranging travel, and coordinating logistics for meetings or events.
    • Liaise between the CoS and other stakeholders
    • Draft communication on behalf of the CoS and other executives
    • Assist with calendar management and schedule coordination

    Daily Tasks:

    • Stock office snacks and drinks
    • Walk Chuck three times a day
    • Facilitate guest reception and deliveries
    • Check-in daily with the CoS and other C-suite executives

    Weekly Tasks:

    • Coordinate office meals
    • Wash and care for company vehicles
    • Assist with expense reporting
