- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive management experience in hospice quality leadership.
- Knowledgeable of continuous quality improvement methods, hospice regulations, and accreditation standards.

Position Title: Director of Quality and Compliance
Overview : Provides leadership, oversight and direction for all quality, compliance, risk management, patient & family experience, safety, accreditation, health information management (HIM), coding, and non-financial measurement & reporting functions. Member of Haven Leadership Team (attends All Leader meetings), Quality Council, Safety Committee, and other meetings as determined. Serves as Chair of Quality Council.
This is a hybrid remote position that requires some travel to offices within the service area.
