MUST:
Experienced Customer Service Representative Sales
1+ year of retail and/or phone sales experience
Must be comfortable handling inbound calls
Must be able to address clients questions regarding services, products, and invoices
Durable Medical Equipment knowledge is a plus
Experience answering busy phones
Attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
Basic computer ease, comfort, and fluency or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills.
Ability to learn to operate equipment correctly and safely
Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
High school education or equivalent
Class A or B CDL is highly preferred

DUTIES:
Customer Service Representative Sales will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Supports Sales staff/management by providing timely and correct customer information, follow up scheduling, and fill in branch coverage
Uses with ease and fluency a multi-line phone and computer for accurate new account set up, order, quotation, and sales confirmation entry as well as data retrieval
Matches Company capabilities, products and services to customer needs
Adheres to all company policies and guidelines as well as safety procedures
Committed to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits
Attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
Basic computer ease, comfort, and fluency or the ability to quickly
