    Description

    Per Sé Group is looking for driven and self-motivated people who want to be part of a competitive, encouraging, and idea-driven culture in the name of growing an organization.
    You are a hunter and a player coach, responsible for engaging with potential customers through networking, marketing tactics, territory management and customer relationship strategies. You will also lead our Business Development team and build your own portfolio of customers, allowing you to have success and financial independence. This includes working closely with leadership to optimize our sales and workforce solutions strategies.

As a sales leader, you will be part of our competitive compensation program, including uncapped commissions, and a custom development program for you to reach new career achievements.

    Below are the skills you will learn through our training program:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering and Renewable industries.
    • Learn and improve sales and recruiting tactics to help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment.
    • Master marketing techniques and client engagement processes
    • Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment.
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience within the staffing and recruiting space.
    • 3+ years of team management and coaching experience
    • Possess proven tactics and demonstrated sales techniques, including sales process development and optimization.
    • Prior experience in selling alternative Workforce Solutions such as Managed Services, Direct Sourcing, and RPO
    • Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities within an organization.
    • Self-Motivated and self-accountable, with high degree of customer service capabilities
    • High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
