You also ensure that there are no disruptions in the first place: you maintain machines and carefully instruct users on how to operate them. It's really fun for you when everything runs smoothly. This way, we can bake gingerbread and sweets without any problems and send them all over the world.

Your profile:
  • Good secondary school diploma (or higher)
  • Interest in technology & electronics
  • Manual dexterity & precision
  • Endurance & patience
  • Good knowledge of math & physics
How it works:
  • The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years, including:
  • Practical training: 1st year in a partner company, 2nd & 3rd year in the company
  • Theoretical training at vocational school
