- Good secondary school diploma (or higher)
- Interest in technology & electronics
- Manual dexterity & precision
- Endurance & patience
- Good knowledge of math & physics
- The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years, including:
- Practical training: 1st year in a partner company, 2nd & 3rd year in the company
- Theoretical training at vocational school
