The Municipal Hospital Braunschweig gGmbH is the maximum care hospital for the Braunschweig region and with 1,499 beds, one of the largest hospitals in Germany.

With 21 clinics, ten independent clinical departments, and seven institutes, almost the entire spectrum of medical disciplines is covered. Each year, nearly 50,000 patients are treated as inpatients and over 200,000 patients are treated as outpatients.

What to expect from us:

Assisting and supporting the chief physician in administrative, conceptual, and planning tasks
Acting as a liaison between the institute and the hospital's departments
Preparing internal and external correspondence
Managing appointments, including preparing documents, taking minutes, and creating handouts
Ensuring timely processing of subject matters
Managing documents
Maintaining websites, flyers, and brochures
Planning, implementing, and coordinating special tasks and projects
Managing nonmedical institute personnel
