Working Hours:

Part-time and full-time (majority of school holidays off)

Start Date:

September 2023 or later

Your Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of approximately 5 people
Implementing work organization within the team, as well as pedagogical processes in daily group life
Developing and implementing the pedagogical concept
Creating schedules for your group in coordination with other professionals and in cooperation with other group leaders
Actively participating and closely communicating on operational and administrative matters with pedagogical and management leadership
Promoting children's social skills, assisting with homework, and planning daily group activities and leisure time

Your Profile:

Degree in Social Pedagogy, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or Special Needs Education
Experience in caring for and supporting children with special needs in their emotional and social development
Ideally, some experience in a leadership role
Commitment, competence, and a responsible and professional approach
Teamwork, creativity, and reliability
Proficiency in computer skills
