- Develop monitoring plan to improve the effectiveness of initiatives that reduce harmful behaviors to ensure measurable outcomes are aligned with goals.
- Ensure valid analysis and interpretation of collected data by using appropriate tools, methodologies, and techniques required to perform assigned policy analysis.
- Developing information explaining organizational policy and viewpoint on assigned program areas.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with conducting studies of complex functions and processes; evaluating policy development to prepare information papers for senior leaders; assisting with assessing policy effectiveness proposals for the organization's goals and objectives; and providing best business practices to inform future policy decisions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
