- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that foster growth and innovation
- Offer consultancy services and coaching to management on employee-related issues
- Guide managers through challenging conversations regarding performance, career advancement, and compensation
- Provide guidance and coaching on HR policies, procedures, and programs while upholding fairness and advocating for employees
- Lead initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities and company culture in alignment with our core principles
- Consult on a variety of HR topics, including recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, and compliance
- Initiate, lead, and execute ad-hoc projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Work towards cultivating a stimulating organizational environment conducive to learning and employee growth
- Anticipate the needs of employees and collaborate to devise innovative solutions for an enhanced employee experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner focusing on performance management, organizational structure, leadership coaching, and employee relations
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creative thinking skills, and a proven track record of providing solutions for people and organizational challenges
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and best practices
- Service-oriented approach with a dedication to driving positive change and delivering outstanding employee experiences
- Versatility in communication styles to establish trust across different organizational levels
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and synchronize with the broader HR unit to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach towards exploring creative solutions and getting hands-on when necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HCM/HRIS Systems preferred, particularly ADP, Lattice, and Ashby
