    BASIC FUNCTIONS Manually compound, filter and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates. Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Compounding - compounding of liquid flavors and /or intermediates Filtering - filtering of liquid compounded batches Filling - filling of liquid finished goods for shipment Running - the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.

    All areas - work is executed within the departments Quality expectationsPRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS 6 Months' time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training No current written warnings for attendance No written warnings for Safety issues in the last six months Demonstrates interpersonal skills - fosters positive relationships with team members.

    Adhere to Standard site Promotion qualifications.
    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills. Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs. Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies. Compliance with applicable 3rd party certification requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies. Fork truck certification is required.
