Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Account Development to join the ArcBest team.The Student Worker, Account Development demonstrates initiative and integrity by contacting customers to seek resolutions for time-sensitive, mission-critical, and white glove shipments.
Your contribution may include:
Communicate shipment status to both internal and external customers.
Find, recommend, and implement solutions to problems.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents using computers.
Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As the Student Worker, Account Development, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Solutions:
Support team. This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
