Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Our client is looking for a licensed nursing home administrator in Fort Smith, AR. They are responsible for the organization, development, management, and administration of day-to-day nursing activities in the skilled nursing facility. The DON will help implement rules and expectations for the staff.

Salary \- $110,000 to $115,000 Depending on Experience

2 Weeks PTO

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

With Shared 24/7 Accountability

Manages Every Department in The Long-Term Care Facility

Ensures That Each Resident Receives The Necessary Nursing, Medical And Psychological Services to Attain And Maintain The Highest Possible Needs of The Residents

Recruit, Interview, Hire And Maintain Personnel to Supervise And Direct Activities of The Department

Supervise And Direct Department Directors in All Areas of Their Duties

Review And Interpret Monthly Financial Statements And Provide Information to The Governing Board

Assist in The Establishment And Maintenance of Adequate Accounting SystemsRequirements:

Current And Active Administrator License

Must Be Able to Problem Solve, Plan, Organize, Develop Implement And Interpret Programs, Goals, Objectives, Policies And Procedures For Providing Quality Care

Maintain Good Staff Relations

Good Human Relation Skills

Positive Attitude Toward The Elderly
