- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive operational efficiency.
- Dedication to providing compassionate care and improving the quality of life for residents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
