- Manages Every Department in The Long-Term Care Facility
- Ensures That Each Resident Receives The Necessary Nursing, Medical And Psychological Services to Attain And Maintain The Highest Possible Needs of The Residents
- Recruit, Interview, Hire And Maintain Personnel to Supervise And Direct Activities of The Department
- Supervise And Direct Department Directors in All Areas of Their Duties
- Review And Interpret Monthly Financial Statements And Provide Information to The Governing Board
- Assist in The Establishment And Maintenance of Adequate Accounting Systems
- Current And Active Nursing Home Administrator License
- Must Be Able to Problem Solve, Plan, Organize, Develop Implement And Interpret Programs, Goals, Objectives, Policies And Procedures For Providing Quality Care
- Maintain Good Staff Relations
- Good Human Relation Skills
