- Oversees the daily activities of the warehouse assigned areas of responsibility, including labor planning and scheduling, management and proper utilization of space and equipment and organized, clean building appearance while meeting the labor budget.
- Actively manages and monitors the order fulfillment cycle to meet customer requirements including inbound receiving, put-away, and returns management.
- Lead, train, coach, and discipline personnel and supervisory team.
- Oversee the training of all personnel in receiving and stocking methods and procedures including sufficient cross training of personnel assigned in the inbound department.
- Manages labor requirements based on forecast of workload.
- Cross train in all warehouse supervisor roles to be able to adequately provide coverage when needed while furthering the overall knowledge of the business to promote growth.
- Ensures a safe work environment and equipment operation in compliance with OSHA and local fire and safety regulations.
- Directs and coordinates warehouse activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy and maximize profitability.
- Directs corporate directives outlining policy, program, or operational actions to be implemented.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, motivation, and evaluation of direct reports.
- Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Establishes and directs a plan of personnel development which will support the customer association, requirements, and specifications.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 Years of warehouse experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment

As a Warehouse Inbound Supervisor, the employee will oversee and coordinate the inbound receiving operations of our warehouse facility. The employee will lead a team of associates to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments, maintaining the integrity of our inventory system and promoting a culture of safety and productivity.

The salary range for this position is $63,180-$75,000 Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, location. Eligibility for annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
