    BOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

    Advantis Global is dedicated to connecting YOU to highly sought-after opportunities. Our client is a well-known Fortune 500 company in the technology industry and is looking for a Lab Manager to join their team. This position will ensure efficient management of lab operations and materials, crucial for the successful execution of upcoming builds and projects. The Lab Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and the Shipping and Logistics team.

    THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

    • Manage on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
    • Record and track material on hand against the BOM (Bill of Materials) for upcoming builds and projects, including verifying packing slips, order confirmations, and conducting QC inspections.
    • Handle stockroom duties such as shipping and receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other material management functions.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the Shipping and Logistics team for inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accountability and follow-through by the shipping department.
    • Follow well-defined procedures as outlined by best practices, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
    • Take direction from the Site Supervisor/Manager regarding daily duties.
    • Communicate with management about any customer issues or potential problems.
    • Work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

    KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical skills to reconcile various reports and ensure build/project deadlines are met.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, and people skills to interact with various levels of personnel.
    • Strong competence with spreadsheet functionality (Google Sheets, MS Office, etc.).
    • Proactive anticipation of team and project needs, providing solutions and assistance.
    • Comfort in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
    • 2+ years of inventory management experience preferred, especially in a lab/assembly environment or similar.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge, experience, or interest in advanced inventory management systems.
    • Experience in a high-tech or fast-paced industry.
    • Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
    • Ability to implement and improve SOPs and best practices.
