Your Mission

Operation and further development of our internal collaboration (Microsoft, Cisco, Klaxoon, iObeya) and workplace infrastructure (notebooks, desktops, mobile devices, printers)
Participation in the service for inhouse video and conference rooms
Independent planning and implementation of innovative solutions based on business requirements and corporate guidelines
Planning and participation in projects in the field of collaboration and workplace in agile and international working groups

We look forward to

Successfully completed technical training or degree in the IT field (e.g. computer science, business informatics, IT specialist, etc.) or a comparable qualification or professional experience
Experience in operating (enterprise) workplace and collaboration infrastructure, either as a specialist or generalist
Good product knowledge in the area of voice/UCC solutions (e.g. Microsoft Teams and/or Cisco Jabber
