is currently seeking a
Deputy Facility Manager for our 1st Women's Shelter for women and their children who have experienced violence, to start as soon as possible.

This is a
permanent position with a weekly working time of
30 hours (part-time). Due to conceptual reasons, this position can only be filled by a woman*.


Job Description:


In this responsible position, you will support the facility manager in fulfilling their management tasks through close coordination and collaboration.

This includes, for example, taking on complex matters related to the management of the house, strategic development of the facility and the overall area, as well as representing the facility externally and providing professional advice to colleagues*.

You will also be jointly responsible with the facility manager for the further development of the facility's quality management. In the absence of the facility manager, you will represent them in all common management tasks.
