- Manage, service, and expand an existing portfolio of commercial loans, with a focus on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or Commercial and Industrial (C&I) lending.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with businesses in the Finger Lakes Region.
- Provide direct input into the credit process and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with a local team to optimize support and focus on new business development.
- Uphold the bank's commitment to serving customers ethically and responsibly.
- 4-5+ years of proven experience in generating commercial loans, specifically in CRE and/or C&I lending.
- Demonstrated understanding of Commercial Credit and lending principles.
- Established track record of building successful relationships within the Finger Lakes Region.
- Strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs) to facilitate business development.
- Ability to effectively manage and grow an existing loan portfolio.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with all bank policies and regulatory standards.
