- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with our vision of delightful service and customer-centric excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement and seamless execution in payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments, enhancing employee satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and our three-year target of $8,100,000 in revenue with 9,500 recurring service customers.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruiting, compliance, and employee relations.

- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English preferred to support our diverse team.
- Familiarity with JazzHR or similar ATS and HRIS software.
- HR degree or PHR/SHRM certification preferred.
